Register New Account - click here
Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Read Help File for Registering New Account Help - click here
  2. Step 2: Create an email id if you do not have one already as per the instructions in Help file
  3. Step 3: Click on Register New Account
  4. Step 4: Please enter User name, Password, First Name and Last name and email id. The Password should have at least 8 characters with at least One Capital Letter, One number and one special character like @,#,$,% etc. Remember the User Name and Password. Please note the User name and password asked here are not the same as the one you used for creating email account.
  5. Step 5: Click on Register User. An email will be sent to your email account with account activation link.
  6. Open your email in a new browser and open the account activation email. Click on the activation link provided in that email
  7. Please login with the username and password that you have entered in Step 4 above.
  8. Read Help document on Creating New Application and proceed as per the guidelines.
Help:
  1. You need to have a personal Email Account to apply online. If you do not have already then you may create a new one in www.gmail.com or with any other email service providers. Please memorize the email login and password for future use.
  2. On the Home Page you can see 'Register New Account'. Please click that link to proceed further
  3. While registering a new account you will be asked for details like
    • User Name: Please enter the username of your choice for the SDF application. You need to remember this or note it down somewhere as it is required for future login. Please note this is different from the email login.
    • Password: Please choose a complex password for the User name you have created above. The Password should have at least 8 characters with at least One Capital Letter, One number and one special character like “@,#,$,% etc.). Please remember it, do not write it anywhere for security reasons. If you forget the password then you can retrieve it by clicking 'Forgot Password' link in the homepage.
    • First Name: Please mention your first name as per your educational records
    • Last Name: Please mention your last name as per your educational records
    • Email ID: Please mention your email address and do not forget to regularly check this email for our intimation
  4. Click on 'Register New User' button. An email will be sent to your email account with account activation link.
  5. Please open your email in a new browser and open the account activation email. Click on the activation link provided in that email. This will open the home page with message that Account is activated and a login form to proceed further
  6. Please login with the username and password that you have entered in Step 2 above while registering a new account
  7. After you login you can see a link 'Help' on the main menu. You can click that to read help and instructions for creating application, updating and tracking it
  8. You can click on 'Application' link on main menu to create a new application
  9. After creating the application you can edit it and make changes by clicking on Edit icon on top of the application
  10. Please check your email regularly for communication and updates from SDF
